

- Eurasia Security Program
This seminar was hold in London on December 18, 2003. It was organized by International Institute for Strategic Studies in cooperation with Harvard Black Sea Security Program. The leading experts of Georgia, Europe, US and Russia discussed challenges and opportunities for post-Shevardnadze Georgia. They also debated the role of external actors in developing new strategies.
